How to Get to FORMAT:

• Park & Ride Shuttles from Lowell and Fayetteville
• Park in a designated FORMAT parking lot and take a short walk to The Momentary

Park & Ride Shuttles

Take advantage of two park-and-ride locations with shuttle transportation to/from FORMAT Festival (options available in Lowell and Fayetteville). 

• Parking locations will open at 12pm CT each day of the festival
• Parking locations will close at 1am CT on Friday and Saturday and 11:30pm CT on Sunday
• Shuttles will run from 12pm - 1am on Friday and Saturday and 12pm – 11:30pm on Sunday

• From the Lowell location, you can expect a 15-20 minute bus ride to the Main Entrance of FORMAT Festival and from the Fayetteville location, it will be a 30-40 minute bus ride.
• The last bus to the festival departs each Park & Ride location at 9:30pm CT on Friday and Saturday and 7:30pm CT on Sunday.
• The last bus departs FORMAT festival at 1:00am CT on Friday and Saturday and 11:30pm CT on Sunday.
• When leaving, return to the same area you were dropped off and reference your shuttle wristband to ride the corresponding bus back to the LOWELL or FAYETTEVILLE location.

NOTE:

Shuttle Tickets are separate from festival tickets and must be purchased directly from our ticketing partners Front Gate Tickets. Shuttle Tickets will be emailed to you closer to the time of the event. Overnight parking is not available at any of the park-and-ride locations. Please take note of the official bag policy and allowed/prohibited items before boarding shuttles and arriving at FORMAT Festival.

Purchase a Shuttle Ticket for $40 per person (for the weekend), including a parking space and round-trip coach transportation to/from the festival with air-conditioning and relaxed seating (children 8 and under do not need a Shuttle Ticket to ride if accompanied by a ticketed adult; limit 2 children per ticketed adult).

Please note there is NO VEHICLE PARKING AT THE MOMENTARY except for Platinum Ticket holders. PARKING IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS around The Momentary is NOT PERMITTED.

There will be parking lots approximately a 15 minute walk away from The Momentary that guests can take advantage of. These lots will be donation based and cost $5 per space per day. Your donation will benefit the Bentonville Schools Foundation! Parking passes can be purchased in person upon arrival to the lot. 

The parking lot is located at the corner of 8th and S Walton Blvd, 702 SW 8th St, Bentonville, AR 72716

*A limited shuttle service to and from FORMAT will operate from this lot from 12:30pm to 1:00am on Friday and Saturday and from 12:30pm to 11:30pm on Sunday.

All lots will be  open starting at 12pm each day. Lots will close at 1am on Friday and Saturday, and at 11:30pm on Sunday.

Please note: Cars cannot be left in the lots overnight.

Rideshare

Go to FORMAT with Uber. Uber pick-up and drop-off location can be found along E Street. Request a ride and follow the directions in the app for a smooth pickup and drop off experience. For more information on getting to the Momentary with rideshare, click here. 

Biking

We encourage festival goers to bike to The Momentary!

A dedicated bike valet and secured bike parking will be located steps away from The
Momentary.

We’ve partnered with Pedal It Forward who will be operating our complimentary bike valet and secured bike parking. The bike valet and secured bike parking will be located across the street from the Momentary on SE E St between SE 6th Street and SE 7th Street.

The bike valet will operate from 12pm to 1am on Friday and Saturday, and 12pm to 11:30pm on Sunday.
